趣旨 SCOPE
レーザースキャナーやモバイルマッピングシステム，写真測量技術の進歩により，屋内外の大規模な環境を高速・高密度に３次元測定し，現物形状を反映したas-built型3次元モデルを構築する技術が土木，建築，設備管理，測量，FA，造船等の分野で注目されています．しかし，高精度で効率的なデータ測定方法，大規模データの効率的ハンドリング，物体認識，CADデータ化などには課題が多数残されています．本シンポジウムでは，国内で研究開発を進める企業・大学の技術者から，レーザスキャンや精密写真測量，計測データからの3次元環境の認識・モデル化，その高度な応用事例に関する最先端の研究成果を全件招待講演・依頼講演としてご発表頂き，本技術の実務導入促進や新たな利活用に有益な情報を提供します．またISPRSを中心に，レーザスキャニングと点群処理研究の成果を精力的に発表されている
オランダデルフト工科大学のLindenbergh助教授より, 点群処理の最新研究開発事例をご紹介いただきます
3D Laser-scanning and Imaging Symposium JAPAN 2015 is a new joint symposium covering various aspects of airborne, mobile and handy laser-scanning, novel photogrammetry and all terrestrial 3D ranging sensors. The symposium aims to bring together experts from different disciplines which are focused on the modeling and application of point cloud data acquired from laser scanners and other active imaging systems, such as range cameras and gaming sensors. The professional engineers and researchers are invited as the speakers from industry and academia in sesponse to the executive committee's recommendations. The special invited lecture will be provided by Prof. R.C. Lindenbergh(Dept. of Geosciences and Remote Sensing, TU Delft, The Netherlands).
